Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the product in its original Aarke box and shipping carton, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
